STEP 01

Consultation

We offer one-on-one customer service to consult with clients about our wire-saving modules. We will provide you with professional solutions and suggestions for I/O connection that depend on the controller (PLC/CNC) which you are currently utilizing and the electrical wiring work that is scheduled to be finished.

STEP 02

Circuit and Appearance Design/Drawing

After the custom-made solutions for I/O connection are confirmed, we will be working on planning the circuit according to the external connector of controller and the method of power input, and then double-checking the circuit diagram.

STEP 03

Sample Making of PCB

Making samples of PCB for prototype testing.

STEP 04

Processing and Assembly

Process and assembly the components of soldering, SMD, plugins, and bottom shield.

STEP 05

Prototype Testing

Once we finish our quality control procedure, we will provide the prototype for you to install in the distribution box. You will be able to connect the module with the controller and the signal and test the circuit.

STEP 06

Quantitative Supply

After the prototype is confirmed to be in a well-functioning condition, the customized resolution will be a quantitative supply and ready to be mass produced and shipped.
