AO3B-XP Signal Relay Module Series Exclusive Application for SIEMENS CNC SINUMERIK Series

To align with the interface endpoint sequence of SIEMENS X111, X222, and X333, bore has designed a 50-pin box header connector on the module. It is paired with the FP series transmission cable featuring a bore 50-core dual-head box header connector  (FP-M_M-50C), enabling bidirectional connection between the SIEMENS I/O module's external interface and the connector on the AO3B-XP signal relay module, ensuring immediate signal transition.
This allows for faster and more time-efficient module and machine configuration!

Exclusive Wiring Design for SIEMENS I/O Control Modules – Easier and More Time-Saving Wiring

The AO3B-XP signal relay module is specifically designed for the SIEMENS I/O control module interface. It features three sets of 24 input / 16 output terminal blocks, corresponding to the external ports X111, X222, and X333. Each terminal block is equipped with a 50-pin box header connector on the AO3B module.
Through bore CJ1 series 50-core transmission cable (CJ1-M_M-50C), the AO3B module is connected in series with the SIEMENS I/O control module. Additionally, a 24P input terminal block is used to receive external X signals;
while the 16P output terminal block can be wired directly via a terminal block or quickly connected using the CJ1 series 20-core transmission cable (CJ1-M_M-20C). This allows the 20-pin box header connector to be linked with the bore 16-point relay module¹, enabling Y signals to pass through the relay for controlling peripheral devices.
