To create a flexible and adaptable I/O expansion application, bore developed the MSBS series mother-daughter board module
The bore MSBS series relay module is specifically designed for Mitsubishi M70/M700 series CNC controllers, supporting CG31/33 and CG32/34 connector types, and is applied to the remote I/O control module FCUA-DX121.
With simple terminal wiring or bidirectional transmission cable connection, external signals can be quickly integrated. The mother-daughter board design provides more flexible and adaptable I/O expansion applications.
Easily achieve bidirectional signal output connection with a single dual-head IDC transmission cable
The mother-daughter board design pairs a 32-point input terminal block with a 16-point relay output. When additional output points are needed, simply use the bore 20-pin dual-head IDC transmission cable (FP-M_M-20C) to connect the 20-pin IDC connectors on both the motherboard and daughterboard, enabling quick expansion of output points.
The MSBS series features comprehensive protective mechanisms, ensuring extended product lifespan
Each relay in the MSBS series is equipped with a surge absorber for contact protection, preventing sudden surges from damaging components or causing interference. The signal input side also supports a COM-point jumper for short-circuit applications, facilitating external signal input. Additionally, LED output action indicators enhance troubleshooting efficiency, allowing operators to monitor operational status and quickly identify the source of faults when issues arise.
